Restorative Yin Yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. (level 1)
During our Candlelight Flow Yoga, you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing candlelit room as you move from one pose to the next. This hot, dynamic class encompasses a strong standing flow to heat up the body with an emphasis on deep juicy hip openers. All levels welcome (level 2/3) minimal verbal instruction.

This fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Yin offers movement to improve strength and balance while staying connected with ones breath. The practice transitions to poses that improve energy flow in the body with deep stretches to help release connective tissue and improve circulation. (level 1/2)
Y12 RECOVERY YOGA
Y12SR is an addiction recovery class led by a certified Y12SR instructor. The class addresses the physical, mental and spiritual nature of dis-ease ad is a safe space to facilitate healing through the medium of yoga. This is a closed group and those interested must pre-register with the instructor prior to attending class.
